Sharon is a highly experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in research, data collection, and project management in the Horn of Africa. She is adept in qualitative and quantitative methods, using tools like Kobo, ODK, and MS Office. Sharon has expertise in child welfare, education, health, and sanitation projects. She is skilled in field coordination, project management, monitoring, and evaluation. Sharon’s current role at Save the Children International involves conducting research on child survival, immunization, and WASH practices. Her ultimate focus is to enhance program delivery, improve outcomes for vulnerable populations, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and enhance monitoring and evaluation systems. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Moi University and professional qualifications in Library, Archives, and Information Studies/Research.
