CPA Thomas is a seasoned finance professional and strategic communicator who brings over 15 years of expertise in financial and data analysis to our consulting firm. With an MBA in Finance from the United States International University – Africa and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from KCA University, Thomas is currently advancing his credentials in auditing.
His extensive experience includes a significant 12-year tenure in the education sector, where he played a pivotal role in the MasterCard scholarship program’s nominee selection across Africa for the years 2020-2021. Also, as the head of nomination for the 2018-2019 Lending for Education in Africa Partnership (LEAP) at USIU, Thomas demonstrated his adeptness in fostering educational inclusivity.
A key contributor to the Kenya National Qualification Authority (KNQA) stakeholders’ meeting in 2018, Thomas was instrumental in shaping the equation framework for post-secondary education. His commitment to human capital relations is evidenced by over 5 years of service on a diverse staff council, advocating for employee welfare and coordinating with national labor unions. In the realm of empowerment and capacity building, Thomas has been at the forefront of initiatives targeting youth entrepreneurship and the girl child for more than 4 years. Under the Kenya Youth Employment Opportunities Project, he has led numerous training programs, contributing to the development of the next generation of leaders.
